SUNEX offers warranty coverage on sockets, lifting equipment, air tools, & more, ensuring product replacement or repair for defects. We are here to support you.

WARRANTY

At SUNEX Tools, we take pride in the quality, durability, and performance of our products. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and stand behind the craftsmanship of every tool we make. SUNEX Tools warrants that each product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, application, and service for the lifetime of the product.

This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship. To be eligible for warranty service, the requester must be the original purchaser of the tool. SUNEX Tools reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies for warranty coverage. Please note that the ability of a tool to still perform its intended function may affect warranty eligibility.

This warranty does not cover tools that have been subjected to ABNORMAL USE.

  • Abnormal use includes, but is not limited to:

    Misuse
    Modifications or alterations
    Accidents
    Overloading beyond rated capacity
    Unreasonable use or abuse
    Neglect or lack of maintenance
    Improper storage
    Exposure to corrosive environments
    Damage from natural disasters or fire

While SUNEX Tools are designed for professional use and are built to last, their lifespan may vary in high-volume manufacturing environments. Therefore, this warranty does not cover tools used in such applications.

At our discretion, SUNEX Tools will repair or replace, free of charge, any part or product found to be defective under warranty. SUNEX Tools is not liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages, costs, or losses arising from the sale, use, or handling of our products.

This Warranty does not cover damage to equipment or tools arising from alteration, abuse, misuse, damage and does not cover any repairs or replacement made by anyone other than SUNEX Tools or its Authorized Service Centers.

At SUNEX Tools, we are proud to offer the easy and hassle-free SUNEXPRESS warranty process, ensuring our customers can quickly and efficiently submit their warranty claims. However, to maintain our commitment to fast and reliable service for all customers, we reserve the right to deny claims if we detect misuse of the system. Our goal is to continue providing seamless warranty replacements for our valued users.

THIS WARRANTY REPLACES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SUNEX TOOLS SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES BEYOND THE REPLACEMENT COST OF THE DEFECTIVE TOOL OR PART(S).

    MECHANICS TOOLS & HAND TOOLS


    SUNEX Impact Sockets and Hand Tools carry a Lifetime Warranty that applies to open stock impact sockets and hand tools, including but not limited to impact sockets, chrome sockets, wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers, pry bars and knives. SUNEX® Tools will replace the original impact socket or hand tool if defective and under warranty. Return shipping is not required, a replacement will be sent after approval of receipt and product failure. Discontinued products that are warranted under the SUNEXPRESS™ Warranty may be replaced by most similar product. The replacement policy applies to the individual socket(s) in question and does not warrant a replacement of the entire set.


    Exceptions: Torque Wrenches (1 Year Warranty, 90 Day Calibration) Bit & Bit Sets and blowmold storage cases

    LIFTING


    SUNEX Lifting Equipment carry a One Year Warranty that applies to all service jacks under 3.5 ton capacity, under hoist transmission jacks, and engine cranes. For service jacks, you will be required to ship the original handle yoke prior to receiving a replacement jack. For engine cranes and transmission jacks, you will be required to show proof of scoring the ram to illustrate no further use. SUNEX Tools will send a replacement ram after proof of scoring. Service jacks over 5 Tons need to be sent to a SUNEX Authorized Repair Center for evaluation.

    AIR TOOLS

    SUNEX Air Tools carry a One Year Warranty that applies to all air tools. SUNEX Tools will replace the original air tool if defective and under warranty. Return shipping is not required. A replacement will be sent after approval of receipt and product failure.


    Exceptions:
    SX556-6 (repair or replace), Spray Guns and Spray Gun Accessories carry a 90 day warranty.

    *Some Heavy-Duty Air Tools have a 2 Year Warranty. Please refer to the user manual for warranty information.

    STORAGE & SHOP TOOLS

    SUNEX Tool Storage, Shop Equipment, and Lighting carry a One Year Warranty that applies to all carts, shop products and lighting. SUNEXPRESS™ warranty will replace any cart or shop part during the life of the warranty. This includes, but is not limited to gas shocks, casters, and drawer slides. Caster replacement has a no hassle 2 Year Warranty from date of cart/creeper purchase. Creepers have a 90 day structural warranty. Return shipping is not required. A replacement part will be sent after approval of receipt and product failure.

    SUNEX Tools with a Lifetime Warranty are warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. This warranty does not apply to items that have been misued, abused, altered in any way or worn out from use.

  • 2 YEAR WARRANTY

    2 YEAR WARRANTY


    SUNEX Tools with a Two-Year Warranty are covered for a period of two years, during which time, we will repair or replace at our option any part or unit which proves to be defective in material or workmanship

  • 1 YEAR WARRANTY

    1 YEAR WARRANTY

    SUNEX Tools with a One-Year Warranty are covered for a period of one year, during which time, we will repair or replace at our option any part or unit which proved to be defective in material or workmanship.

    We recommend that you purchase SUNEX Tools product from an Authorized Distributor to ensure warranty support and service. SUNEX Tools assumes no service liability for product purchased from an Unauthorized Distributor.
